We require artwork files in png, ai, eps, psd or, pdf format.
1. Orders ship in an average of 10 business days after receiving approval.
2. Delivery dates 5-8 business days, vary based on your shipping method and destination.
3. The Shipping method is by DHL/UPS/FedEx depending on your location with a Tracking Number and Delivery Confirmation.
Due to the custom nature of your order, once an order goes to print we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
